Throughout his career, Fernando represented companies, entrepreneurs, as well as Brazilian and foreign individuals. Fernando worked in major federal police cases and high-profile criminal justice cases throughout Brazil. Furthermore, he has experience in police investigations, criminal actions and agreements provided for in the Brazilian legislation.  

Fernando is also a professor in Criminal Law at Damásio Educacional, reviewer of the Bulletin of the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCrim)  and Vice-President of the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Commission of the 94th Subsection of the Brazilian Bar Association – Penha de França /SP.
